Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Trade House website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided and sold by trade house (“trade house”, “Trade House”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the registered legal business name and seller of the Service. Trade House is the trading/brand name under which the Service is marketed. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the Service, you accept these Terms and enter into a contract with trade house. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

1. The Service

Trade House is an AI-powered trading journal and historical performance analytics platform. It lets you record your own trades manually or by uploading screenshots that are read automatically, store notes and review data about each trade, view statistics such as win rate, profit and loss, and returns, and generate written descriptions and summaries of the trading activity you have already recorded. Paid plans provide additional AI-generated analyses of your own recorded history.

Trade House is a trading journal and historical performance analytics platform. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, trading signals, or personalized investment strategies. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not execute trades or connect to brokerage accounts to place orders, and you are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

2. Accounts and Acceptance

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service, and if you use it on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, safeguard your credentials, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Misuse

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of applicable laws or regulations;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or entity;
• access, or attempt to access, data or accounts that do not belong to you;
• interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, or circumventing technical or plan limits;
• scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Service by automated means;
• reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service; or
• upload content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

4. Payments, Billing and Paddle as Merchant of Record

Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase. Fees are shown at checkout, are billed in advance for the billing period you select, and subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or through Paddle; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless a refund is granted.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

This means that when you purchase a Trade House subscription or a one-time add-on, your payment contract for that order is with Paddle.com, acting as authorised reseller of Trade House. Paddle handles payment processing on our behalf and is responsible for order processing, billing, invoicing, payment method handling, sales tax and VAT collection and remittance, subscription renewals and cancellations, refunds, chargeback handling, and customer service inquiries relating to orders. Payment, billing, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

We offer a 14-day refund window on subscriptions and one-time purchases, as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle: you can request a refund via paddle.net or by contacting us at support@tradehouse.app. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content, software, features, branding, and functionality are owned by Trade House and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you selected. You retain ownership of the trade data and content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Service Availability and Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automatically extracted or generated information will be accurate; you should verify your records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Trading involves substantial risk and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where practicable we will give notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before deletion, and remaining data is deleted or anonymised as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
